At Groundswell, we believe learning together and spending time with Jesus doesn’t have to

Our G.A.L.S. Group (Groundswell Alliance Ladies Study) is a simple daily touchpoint for busy women who want to read a brief devotional - and start their day encouraged. We use the Proverbs 31 Ministries ‘First 5’ app and our WhatsApp (GALS) group to stay connected.

Whenever it fits your day, open the First 5 app and read that day’s devotional. Take a moment to reflect on what God is saying to you, then pray.

If you have a minute, pop into our WhatsApp GALS group and share a short comment - what stood out, a prayer request, or a quick word of encouragement for someone else.
