Our lead pastor Cyril Guerette speaks on the importance of spiritual parenting. Do you know that family on your street that felt like a second set of parents for everyone in your neighborhood?
Spiritual parents are similar to that, they are further along in their journey with God that can help you navigate his plan for your life. It is very important to have someone that you can meet up with that can help give you direction and pour into you thus helping you grow in Christ as well.
A good starting point is to ask yourself, who do I have a rapport with already? These people would be good suggestions for people you can approach if you don’t have someone pouring into you spiritually yet.
